Job description

As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Technology Expert Labs for IBM's zTPS, you will provide clients with expert consulting services to optimize their zModernization and zTransaction Processing System software products. This role emphasizes collaboration with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Experience with CICS version upgrades, system tuning, and CICS region customization using SMPE, ASSEMBLER, and REXX is required.
  • Familiarity with CICS interfaces used by batch streams and RLS and file handling is required.
  • General knowledge of CICS transaction security is required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the optimization of zTPS software configurations, deployment, and adoption to meet client needs.
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value from their zTPS investments.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client environments to identify opportunities for improvement.
