The Research Scientist position at IBM focuses on the development of advanced mixed-signal circuits for quantum computing applications. • Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• A strong foundation and at least 2 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design.
• Demonstrated expertise in CMOS implementation with an understanding of device characteristics for at least 2 years.
• Thorough knowledge of the Cadence IC design framework for at least 2 years.

• Contribute to the design of advanced, high-performance mixed-signal circuits.
• Design blocks such as phase-locked loops, digital-to-analog converters, and complex mixed-signal subsystems.
• Engage in all aspects of design projects from concept exploration to system integration and testing.
• Utilize hands-on lab skills to bring designs to fruition.
