The Maximo Delivery Consultant is a senior practitioner within Expert Labs, responsible for leading the design, delivery, and optimization of IBM Maximo Application Suite and enterprise asset management solutions. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise and strong functional knowledge to drive client outcomes through solution architecture and implementation leadership. The consultant will work closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful engagements and promote best practices across various industries. The position emphasizes mentoring junior consultants and guiding delivery teams to achieve high-quality results.

• 8 - 12+ years of experience in EAM/Maximo implementations
• Proven track record leading large-scale Maximo/MAS deployments
• Strong combination of technical and functional consulting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Maximo/MAS implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders including IT and Operations leaders.
• Define scalable and secure Maximo architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of Maximo solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning and client presentations.
