Job description
The Quantum Computing Systems Engineer will join the IBM Quantum team to advance the development of fault-tolerant quantum computers. Requirements
- Master's degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a related field is required.
- Strong technical communication skills are essential.
- PhD in physics, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical expertise in areas such as complex circuit testing, low noise measurement, and microwave electronics is preferred.
- Leadership experience in technical product, program, or personnel management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement cross-team integration and test plans.
- Establish best practices for engineering documentation, requirements tracking, and change control.
- Collaborate with infrastructural technology teams to accelerate progress in quantum computing.
- Provide broad exposure to various technical domains related to quantum computing.
