This full-time position requires collaboration with public sector clients, particularly in K12 education. The role emphasizes continuous process improvement and the ability to lead software development lifecycles. Candidates will work remotely within the US, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

• Bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud is necessary.
• Experience with public sector clients, such as state governments, counties, and cities, is considered a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools is preferred.

• Consult on best practices regarding Oracle Cloud Payroll policies.
• Act as the Oracle Cloud Payroll Subject Matter Expert to interpret business requirements.
• Create and update test scripts needed for functional testing.
• Support the definition and validation of payroll-related conversion activities.
• Publish weekly status reports to the project management team.
