The Technical Consultant - Apptio Premier Success role at IBM focuses on providing technical expertise and guidance to customers who have purchased Apptio's solutions. The consultant will work closely with clients to ensure they derive measurable value from their Apptio implementations. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's Degree or College Diploma preferred.
- Prior experience as a technical consultant, software implementation specialist, or technical analyst for medium to large-scale businesses using Apptio or competitive SaaS solutions is necessary.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present effectively over the phone and in person.
- Experience in technical services or technical account management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the customer's technical expert and advisor to provide guidance on IBM-Apptio solutions.
- Become a technical expert on the core ApptioOne platform and associated technologies.
- Drive customer enablement plans aligned with the customer's Technology Business Management roadmap.
- Mentor customers to improve efficiency with the Apptio solution through best practices.
