The Senior Delivery Consultant at IBM will work closely with clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize technology solutions that align with client goals. As part of the IBM Technology Expert Labs, the consultant will collaborate with clients to address real business challenges. The position emphasizes building trusted relationships and driving digital transformation.

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Experience with ISVA implementations and integrations is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

• Lead end-to-end ISVA implementations including federation and API protection.
• Architect and customize ISVA solutions for high-availability environments.
• Perform health checks, upgrades, and migrations of ISVA.
• Integrate ISVA with upstream Identity Providers and directories.
• Develop custom authentication modules and own performance tuning.
• Create deliverables such as HLD/LLD and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities.
