• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
• Experience deploying Maximo in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical delivery of IBM Maximo solutions, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
• Oversee Maximo configuration, customization, integrations, workflows, reporting, and performance tuning.
• Guide cross-functional delivery teams, providing mentorship, code reviews, and best-practice governance.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation plans.
• Lead integration efforts with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, IoT solutions, SAP, Workday, and Oracle using the Maximo Integration Framework.
• Manage Maximo upgrades, migrations, patches, and cloud or on-premises deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide root-cause analysis, and ensure system stability and security.
• Maintain design documentation and contribute to technical standards and solution accelerators.
