• Demonstrated understanding of federal procurement cycles and contract vehicles.
• Experience managing vendor or partnership relationships in a matrixed organization.
• Proven track record of identifying and qualifying federal IT opportunities with deal sizes of $1M+.

• Own the operating rhythm with IBM Technology and Red Hat product teams.
• Monitor federal procurement opportunities across various platforms.
• Identify, qualify, and route opportunities that align with the practice's capabilities.
• Coordinate joint go-to-market activities, including funded proof-of-concept requests.
• Track and maintain practice pipeline data and support opportunity qualification.
