Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 7+ years of experience in federal business development, capture management, or alliance management.
- Demonstrated understanding of federal procurement cycles and contract vehicles.
- Experience managing vendor or partnership relationships in a matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of identifying and qualifying federal IT opportunities with deal sizes of $1M+.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating rhythm with IBM Technology and Red Hat product teams.
- Monitor federal procurement opportunities across various platforms.
- Identify, qualify, and route opportunities that align with the practice's capabilities.
- Coordinate joint go-to-market activities, including funded proof-of-concept requests.
- Track and maintain practice pipeline data and support opportunity qualification.
