Job description

The Senior Workday HCM & Compensation Consultant will serve as a leader and subject matter expert in complex government implementations. This role focuses on designing and implementing HCM, Compensation, and Security solutions that enhance visibility and efficiency while adhering to regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience with Workday HCM and Compensation, particularly in public sector environments. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to ensure that solutions align with their business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday core HCM and core compensation modules.
  • Strong understanding of configuration options and best practices in Workday.
  • Experience in conducting fit analysis and gathering requirements for solution design.
  • Ability to resolve complex configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, gather requirements, and configure the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules.
  • Lead the implementation of Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, including fit analysis and unit testing.
  • Resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Deliver post-implementation support to clients, addressing any issues that arise.
