The Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead Consultant is a vital member of the Delivery Practice at IBM Consulting. This role involves engaging in project delivery and business development activities, focusing on Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions. The consultant will work closely with client teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the application of best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-7 years of experience as a delivery consultant, with at least 3 years as a delivery Lead.
• Demonstrable experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Solutions.
• Excellent understanding of Financial Reporting requirements and practices.
• Experience with reporting tools such as FRS, Smartview, and OTBI.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal instructions.

• Serve as the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Lead on projects through the full project life cycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support.
• Work closely with client teams to understand their needs and offer solutions and design.
• Develop best practices within the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions.
• Facilitate initial discovery calls to assess and map customer needs to Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities.
• Support the development of proposals and statements of work.
• Conduct demonstrations of Oracle Cloud Financials to prospective customers.
• Design and propose realistic, implementable solutions that incorporate client requirements and software capabilities.
• Perform hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and other project tasks as necessary.
