The Senior Managing Consultant in Finance Transformation will lead finance transformation initiatives, focusing on optimizing core finance processes such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. The consultant will work closely with senior finance executives and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to business development efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, specifically in finance transformation or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury.
  • Proven track record of leading work streams on client engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with client stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with or hands-on experience implementing digital finance solutions.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance transformation domain workstreams from strategy through execution.
  • Advise clients on optimizing finance operations across various finance processes.
