• Bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred.
• Experience working with IBM Maximo to analyze functional requirements and create technical designs for asset management solutions.
• Exposure to developing and communicating detailed technology architecture and implementation strategies for asset management solutions.
• Experience working with all phases of the software development life cycle, from specifications to debugging and testing.
• Must obtain and maintain MBI/Public Trust clearance.

• Analyze functional requirements and transform them into high-performing technical designs leveraging IBM Maximo.
• Lead the creation of end-to-end architecture and integration strategies to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Contribute across all phases of the development lifecycle, from design and development through testing and debugging.
• Review and refine technical deliverables to uphold high standards and meet project goals.
• Guide the technical direction of solution development and integrations to ensure seamless delivery.
