The Senior Sentinel and Security Copilot Security Consultant role at IBM Consulting focuses on enhancing client security postures through effective strategies and operations. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and threat landscapes with at least 3 years of experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR, each with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies applied to security use cases for at least 2 years.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills in client-facing environments.

• Develop and recommend effective security strategies and mitigation measures.
• Enhance client security posture through proactive threat hunting and intelligence-driven defense strategies.
• Articulate IBM's SIOC and SIEM points of view to clients, including financial implications.
• Analyze various cyber threats and develop effective mitigation measures.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on security intelligence and operations.
