• Strong SQL and expert PQL skills for data transformation and custom KPIs.
• Solid knowledge of SAP ECC functional processes and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience implementing automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.

• Develop tailored transformation roadmaps to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Utilize process mining tools to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Implement automation solutions and establish KPIs to monitor progress.
• Design and implement customer service strategies using CCaaS solutions and conversational AI technologies.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
