• Ability to manage client expectations and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Experience in setting up BPM Workflow Approval rules and creating custom roles.

• Provide technical oversight for estimates and ensure alignment with portfolio offerings.
• Support client engagements with in-depth portfolio knowledge and implementation experience.
• Act as a technical interface to clients and develop business opportunities.
• Build quality solutions that meet client requirements and advise on IBM offerings.
• Maintain and report on implementation status, risks, estimates, and schedules.
