As a ServiceNow Application Consultant at IBM, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions that meet business objectives. This role requires a blend of hands-on platform expertise and strategic consulting, focusing on IT service management and ITIL processes. You will collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to translate their needs into effective technical solutions. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
• Technical proficiency with web technologies such as XML, HTML, and Web Services

• Lead the development of ServiceNow strategies based on value versus effort.
• Contribute to solution design, including effort estimation and costing.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications following best practices.
• Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and application design.
• Support the full delivery lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with governance standards.
