• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management with a demonstrated portfolio of complex projects delivered concurrently.
• Proven experience managing high volumes of simultaneous projects, comfortable owning 10+ projects at varying stages of the delivery lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience delivering design-build projects, including vendor selection and integrated team management.
• Proven track record managing technically complex spaces, specifically lab, R&D, and product development environments.
• Experience working in or delivering construction projects within occupied buildings or active campuses.
• Expertise in managing project financials across a portfolio, including budget creation and cost tracking.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office tools.

• Serve as the primary delivery owner for a large portfolio of capital projects within the Apple Park zone.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership from initial concept through design, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring minimal disruption to the occupied workplace.
• Drive design-build project delivery and maintain organizational rigor across all projects.
• Identify potential issues early and develop creative solutions within the context of active campus constraints.
