Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, or a PhD in a related field.
  • 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
  • 2+ years of academic or professional experience using two or more of the following software: CADENCE, Virtuoso, ADS.

Responsibilities

  • Determine circuit-level specifications based on system-level requirements with minimal supervision.
  • Develop the architecture and design of one or more blocks based on specifications using technical expertise.
  • Run simulations to assess circuit performance under various conditions.
  • Independently floor-plan layout and work with layout engineers to generate and verify circuit layouts.
  • Write test plans and review test results to evaluate performance and identify bugs.
  • Collaborate with team members to generate new ideas and write clear technical documentation.
