Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Digital Test Engineer to join the Product and Test Engineering team. This role focuses on creating test solutions for New Product Introduction, specifically in Silicon Validation and Characterization. The position offers opportunities for growth in areas such as AI and Machine Learning, as well as collaboration with packaging teams on advanced IC testing. Candidates will work with various test equipment and contribute to the development of Qualcomm's Silicon on Chip products.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Optics/Photonics or related field.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, and Linux.
• Experience working with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• 3+ years of Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.

• Create test solutions to support New Product Introduction and Manufacturing Enablement.
• Collaborate with packaging teams on 2.5D/3D IC testing and thermal test analysis.
• Develop ATE test solutions using AI and conduct analytic reviews with Design and DFT.
• Support high-volume production of leading-edge Semiconductor devices and EIC/PIC products.
