The AI Engineering Operations Analyst at Qualcomm will support the execution and operational effectiveness of Data Center AI project initiatives. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented individual who will track progress, organize information, and facilitate communication across the global Data Center AI team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical interest in AI, along with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating AI engineering projects and supporting the development of operational processes using AI tools.

• Experience in program analysis, operations, process improvement, project coordination, or technical program support.
• Strong interest in AI and technology, with the ability to understand and follow technical discussions.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.

• Support the development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, and timelines for internal AI project initiatives.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; identify gaps, risks, and drive follow-through on action items for Engineering leadership.
• Collect, review, and consolidate weekly status reports from AI technical leads, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of executive-ready summaries.
• Support planning, execution, and logistics for AI demos across the organization.
• Develop lightweight automation and analytics solutions that reinforce standard processes.
