Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Foundry Engineer to support the bring-up, qualification, and ramp of advanced semiconductor technologies for its Automotive business. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external foundry partners to define technology roadmaps and ensure high yield and reliable product performance. The ideal candidate will contribute to defining the Automotive product roadmap and improving manufacturing yield while addressing complex reliability issues. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for innovation are essential for success in this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience.
- 8+ years of experience in leading semiconductor process development and yield improvement.
- Proficiency in advanced technology including process flow, device physics, testing, and reliability.
- Strong data analysis and statistical analysis skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive the successful bring-up and qualification of advanced semiconductor technologies.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external foundry partners.
- Define technology roadmaps and ensure robust process integration.
- Improve manufacturing yield and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Debug complex reliability issues across the product lifecycle.
