As a Principal Agentic AI Solutions Architect at Qualcomm, you will lead the development of scalable and customizable blueprints for AI solutions across various industries. This role focuses on designing and implementing innovative generative AI and hybrid AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to tailor deployments and ensure successful integration of AI technologies. The position requires a hands-on expert with strong software skills and a passion for advancing AI applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years, or a PhD with 6+ years.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on NLP or GenAI.
• Proven track record of architecting and shipping systems-level AI solutions.
• Strong software engineering foundations in Python/C++ and familiarity with AI accelerators.
• Experience with agent-based systems and hybrid AI architectures.

• Own AI solution blueprints by designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining reference designs.
• Lead the design of GenAI blueprints using LLMs and agentic workflows to address enterprise challenges.
• Architect and implement agentic workflows using Qualcomm platforms and industry frameworks.
• Partner with various teams to adapt blueprints to customer-specific requirements and drive solution acceptance.
• Deliver hands-on prototypes, demos, and reference architectures that scale to production.
