• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, or a PhD.

• Conduct algorithms research and development for efficient generative AI and related models.
• Develop advanced quantization algorithms for complex generative models.
• Implement model compression techniques, both lossy and lossless.
• Prototype generative AI systems and apply solutions for model efficiency advancements.
• Program using Python and Pytorch.
