• 5-10 years of experience in DDR PHY system design or architecture
• Strong knowledge of JEDEC DDR standards including LPDDR, PCDDR, and HBM
• Proficient in link-budgets and trainings
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across global teams

• Analyze and take ownership of the DDR PHY system and architecture
• Develop system timing budgets for both on-die and off-chip components
