Job description

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking talented analog integrated circuit designers to join their QCT mixed-signal IP design team. The team focuses on designing high-speed, high-performance, and low-power mixed-signal IPs for various applications including 5G and AI/ML. Candidates will work alongside architects, ASIC designers, and protocol experts to contribute to innovative solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires a strong foundation in analog circuit design.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in analog circuit design through coursework or work experience.
  • Experience with ASIC design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal integrated circuit design, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the analog design team for schematic capture and simulations.
  • Participate in architecture definition and analog/digital design partitioning.
  • Conduct schematic capture and simulations using the Cadence Virtuoso tool suite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including layout and digital teams.
  • Work with the testing team for silicon bringup and debugging.
