• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years, or a PhD with 6+ years.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms related to automotive use-cases.
• Research experience in the development of efficient networks and network quantization.
• Experience in deploying networks in resource-constrained devices.
• Previous experience in leading machine learning engineers.

• Oversee the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Visual Language Action Models and Low-Level Perception systems.
• Facilitate collaboration with various Qualcomm horizontal AI teams and engage with automotive OEMs.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying patterns of issues in systems-level software and hardware design.
• Drive evaluation of total system performance based on constraints and capabilities to support design integrity.
