Qualcomm is seeking a Senior System Analyst to join its IT Supply Chain Planning team. This role focuses on delivering critical capabilities in Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) and Oracle EBS, providing significant value to the global organization. The position requires full-time onsite work in San Diego, CA, and is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to analyze complex business problems and develop effective technology-based solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience or 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a bachelor's degree.
- Functional and business process knowledge of demand and supply planning processes, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
- Level 2 or above Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse Workbook Authoring Certification.
- Prior experience in the support and/or implementation of an integrated ERP system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex demand and supply planning business problems to be solved with technology-based solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
- Create functional and technical specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
- Individually deliver Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse solutions that require in-depth knowledge of workbook authoring and data models.
- Troubleshoot complicated system issues and address bugs in software solutions.
