Key areas of focus include model optimization techniques, hardware acceleration, and edge inference.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 6+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
• Strong Software Engineering/Development skills combined with a solid foundation in AI and general ML techniques.
• Proven hands-on experience evaluating and optimizing Generative AI workflows.
• Knowledge of neural networks and experience using ML frameworks such as PyTorch and ONNX.
• Strong Python design and implementation skills.

• Work in a dynamic research environment with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Architect, design, develop, and test model optimization techniques.
• Evaluate and optimize Generative AI workflows for accuracy and performance.
