Job description
The Supply Chain Analyst at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is responsible for synchronizing supply and demand signals while driving cross-functional execution across the company. This role encompasses the entire supply chain, from foundry and OSAT operations to contract manufacturing and finished-goods shipment. The analyst will manage inventory, collaborate with various teams to identify bottlenecks, and ensure proactive management of supply issues. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, production, materials management or IE, preferably with a background in semiconductor or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong understanding of planning systems and S&OP processes.
- Proven analytical skills and knowledge in problem solving and complex modeling skills.
Responsibilities
- Schedule build plans and purchase plans in the system to meet demand forecasts.
- Manage and optimize the inventory at every production stage.
- Collaborate with foundry/OSAT planning, Operation, and Engineering teams to identify supply bottlenecks.
- Perform scenario analysis to understand the impact of material shortages and demand changes.
- Maintain and validate master data and planning parameter integrity.
- Collaborate with Quality and related teams to evaluate the impact of quality issues on supply continuity.
- Participate in S&OP / S&OE processes and align with business units, capacity planning, and sourcing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and operational performance.
