As a Principal Systems Solutions Architect at Qualcomm, you will be responsible for defining and developing scalable blueprints for AI solutions tailored to various industries. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to customize deployments and ensure successful implementations. This role requires a strong background in software engineering and AI hardware, with a focus on generative AI and hybrid AI solutions. You will also lead hands-on prototyping and innovation in AI applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years, or a PhD with 6+ years.
• Proven track record of architecting and shipping systems-level AI solutions.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with LLM/VLM/CV/NLP model lifecycles.
• Strong software engineering foundations in Python/C++ and containerization.
• Customer-facing experience in launching AI-enabled products.

• Design, develop, document, and maintain reference designs and delivery playbooks for GenAI/Hybrid-AI deployments.
• Collaborate with Product Management and engineering teams to adapt blueprints to customer-specific requirements.
• Build proof of concepts and pilot systems while optimizing models and pipelines.
• Deliver production-grade patterns for video analytics and enterprise GenAI applications.
• Engage with customers from discovery to scale-out, translating business objectives into technical requirements.
