As a Qualcomm GPU Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, verifying, and optimizing the performance and power of GPU cores. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and ensure high-quality functionality. This role requires advanced GPU knowledge and experience, as well as the ability to lead and guide other team members. You will also develop critical driver and compiler software to support GPU products.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant GPU experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership is preferred.
• 1+ year in a technical leadership role with direct reports is preferred.

• Leverage advanced GPU knowledge to architect, design, implement, verify, and optimize GPU cores.
• Build functional model simulations, develop software, and test for various graphics to verify correctness.
• Design, program, and run complex graphics tests to ensure high-quality functionality and performance.
• Facilitate collaboration with third-party vendors and across organizations to guide implementation.
• Develop critical driver and compiler software to support GPU products.
• Write detailed technical documentation and feature descriptions for complex GPU projects.
