Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or a High School Diploma with 1+ year of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans or related experience is preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience with program management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with third-parties and internal customers on small-scale programs to assess resources and track progress.
  • Prepare agendas for review board meetings and document discussion points and project plan changes.
  • Contribute to and update project plans to support Program Managers on small programs under supervision.
  • Collect and report basic budget data.
  • Track the progress and execution of routine deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and escalate changes in project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Collect and deliver data and program metrics using basic tools.
  • Deliver data and simple reports to the Program Manager.
