The Business Process Analyst at Qualcomm will focus on reporting and analysis of forecast data, budget, and operational trends. This role involves managing projects from inception to deployment and enhancing Hardware Asset Management practices. The position requires full-time onsite work in San Diego, CA, and emphasizes improving asset inventory accuracy and compliance controls. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and ensure effective asset lifecycle governance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2+ years of related business process analysis experience, or an Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of data analysis and/or IT/Business Process experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow and supporting Hardware Asset Management or IT Asset Management processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and quantify patterns and trends in complex data sets.
• Expert skill level in MS Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables and dashboards.

• Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis on core processes.
• Own and execute hardware inventory data quality activities.
• Work with global leads to enforce asset management processes.
• Manage Value Add Reseller and OEM orders and track budget impacts.
• Review core processes and recommend continuous process improvements.
• Define and document end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle workflows and supporting controls.
• Establish and maintain standards for asset records and ensure alignment with ServiceNow requirements.
• Execute procurement of standard and non-standard hardware and ensure accurate asset recording.
• Plan and execute periodic inventory reconciliations and audits.
• Conduct global Governance meetings to maintain metrics and report on Key Performance Indicators.
