• Experience with designing SRAM circuits.

• Experience with static timing analysis.

• Develop custom digital circuits for high-speed and low-power SRAM designs.
• Perform schematic capture and layout planning.
• Conduct functional verification and simulation.
• Characterize timing and perform margin verification.
• Interact with the CAD team to ensure proper model generation.
