The Server Software Integration Engineer will play a lead technical role within Qualcomm's product software team, focusing on the integration of high-performance software stacks for server products. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams, including SoC, software, and firmware. The team is dedicated to developing innovative solutions that enhance performance and energy efficiency in data center applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering and embedded software integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years, or a PhD with 6+ years.
- 4+ years of work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in an embedded software integration role.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in software/firmware engineering with a focus on datacenter solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end integration of a high-performance software stack for server products.
- Ensure successful and timely transition to production for server products.
- Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across different releases of the reference platform.
- Work with software verification engineering teams to validate all reference platform requirements.
