• BA/BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of practical experience.
• Experience with designing SRAM circuits.
• Familiarity with industry standard custom design tools and flows.
• Experience with circuit simulation and Monte Carlo analysis.
• Knowledge of static timing analysis.

• Develop custom digital circuits for high-speed and low-power SRAM designs.
• Perform schematic capture and layout planning.
• Conduct functional verification and simulation.
• Characterize timing and perform necessary analysis steps to generate deliverable collateral models.
• Collaborate with the CAD team to ensure efficient model generation.
