Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 17+ years of direct synthesis and physical design work experience.
  • Experience with physical synthesis and implementation tools such as Synopsys Fusion Compiler, ICC2, and Cadence Genus/Innovus.
  • Strong understanding of CMOS stdcell and memory circuits.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding RTL (Verilog/System Verilog).

Responsibilities

  • Implement physical design including floor-planning, placement, clock implementation, and routing for complex designs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and tool vendors to improve design flows and methodologies.
  • Drive innovative solutions for design optimization to meet stringent PPA targets.
  • Conduct static timing analysis, reliability, and power analysis.
  • Lead and resolve complex technical challenges in collaboration with diverse teams.
