This role involves microarchitecture and logic design development for Qualcomm's advanced AI/ML processors. The position is part of the AI/ML processor logic design team, focusing on providing feedback on power, timing, and area feasibility of design features. The role requires collaboration with architects and designers to evaluate the design process from architecture to implementation. Candidates will also troubleshoot and resolve issues with design tools and flows.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, and Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with SystemVerilog and RTL design concepts.
• Experience with Git and other revision control systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Work closely with architects, micro-architects, and logic designers to provide feedback on power, timing, and area.
• Perform logic synthesis, early static timing analysis, and early power analysis for designs before full implementation.
• Evaluate all aspects of the design process from instruction set architecture to implementation.
• Use system tools such as digital design simulators, design synthesis engines, and power estimation engines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with tools and flows.
