• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, or a PhD in a relevant field.
• Strong background in wireless communications and signal processing.
• Deep understanding of cellular systems such as LTE and NR, as well as 3GPP standards.
• Experience with system-level design, simulation, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience applying AI/ML to wireless communications or networking problems.

• Research, design, and develop advanced wireless communication systems for 6G.
• Design and optimize PHY/MAC layer algorithms, system architectures, and protocols.
• Perform system-level modeling, simulations, and performance evaluations.
