As a Machine Learning Engineer at Qualcomm, you will develop and implement advanced machine learning techniques to enhance the efficiency of solutions across various technology sectors. You will work within the AISW Tools team, focusing on the software design and development of quantization tooling. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize AI model inference on Qualcomm AI accelerator IP. You will also lead junior team members and contribute to the adoption of innovative AI workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
• Strong software development skills in Python and/or C/C++.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning theory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inference of AI models.
• Validate and optimize the performance and accuracy of quantized models.
• Debug complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Contribute to the team's adoption of agentic AI workflows.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
