The engineer will collaborate with teams in Atlanta and San Diego for site management and growth planning. Candidates should be self-driven and dedicated to excellence in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 1+ years of IT-relevant experience with a non-technical degree.
• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years without a degree.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, enterprise software, hardware, and middleware.
• Proficient in Windows, OSX, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Rack and install servers, storage, networking gear, and data center equipment.
• Perform initial configuration and provisioning for deployment.
• Conduct site management and planning for production deployments.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide detailed reports.
• Manage local vendors for procurement and installations.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware equipment.
• Implement best practices for power, cooling, and cabling.
• Participate in 24x7x365 on-call support rotation.
• Communicate project status and obstacles to project lead.
