Job description

The Digital S/W Eng Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for driving results on large-scale application development efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of client core business functions and the ability to guide teams through complex deliverables. The analyst will provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices while mentoring software development engineers. The position significantly impacts the overall performance and effectiveness of the business through independent decision-making and risk management.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role.
  • Expertise in technology patterns and techniques as they apply to cloud platforms like AWS and PCF.
  • Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and networking.
  • Understanding of automating code quality, performance, unit testing, and build processing in CI/CD.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for executing and driving results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts.
  • Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase.
  • Participate in design reviews and code reviews for Agile and Next Gen Architecture projects.
  • Communicate risks to business owners to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Create plans that have a clear path to delivery while solving for dependencies.
