The role involves providing customer service for the troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of complex capital equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities
- Update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.
- Represent the company to the customer and ensure customer satisfaction with service.
- Assure operational quality of system equipment.
- Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime.
- Provide assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.
