• A track record of successfully launching high-quality consumer products end-to-end.
• Demonstrated experience leading senior engineers and senior cross-functional projects with tangible org-level impact.
• Experience using modern developer tools, including AI-assisted workflows.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with utility, automotive, or energy-industry partners.
• Experience growing developer-facing platforms or SDKs.
• Software architecture and system design experience across client, system services, and cloud integration.
