The role involves leading the Build Health and Availability team within the Build EPM organization at Apple. • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of management experience with demonstrated success leading project management or technical operations teams.
• Strong background in software development, build systems, or release engineering.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and processes in fast-paced technology environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing teams involved in build and release engineering or release management.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Unix programming/scripting experience and technical systems knowledge.

• Lead and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers and Engineering Program Specialists.
• Ensure build health, internal software availability, mobile asset delivery, and factory asset preloading processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize asset delivery workflows.
• Maintain seamless availability of software builds across Apple's organization.
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the highest standards of reliability and performance for internal deployments and asset delivery.
