• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

• Provide technical leadership across teams within the Regulatory, Compliance, and Policy team and the broader Search organization.
• Drive technical work across Search to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Drive long-term strategic vision in the compliance space, leveraging the use of LLMs and agentic solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on compliance infrastructure and translate external compliance requirements into infrastructure enhancements.
