The Senior Power Electrical Engineer at Google Pixel will focus on developing innovative power technologies to enhance battery life and charging efficiency for Pixel devices. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in power electronics, power system design, or hardware/electrical engineering within the consumer electronics industry, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience in DC/DC system power tree design.

• Design and optimize key power components such as passives, DPMIC, audio, and haptic systems.
• Conduct power validation and debug issues related to power systems.
• Review and optimize power designs to ensure efficiency and performance.
• Simulate and design complex power circuits including battery chargers, fuel gauges, and PMICs.
• Select critical power components to optimize performance and manage design trade-offs.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful power system design and integration.
