• Identify, evaluate, and prototype new cell chemistries and cells in lab/pilot environments.
• Drive Design of Experiments to optimize cell design and evaluate novel materials.
• Partner with advanced material suppliers and external R&D partners to co-develop components.
• Define and execute qualification matrices to evaluate advanced components and conduct performance analysis.
