• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, or product engineering.
• Experience with hardware in industries such as servers, automotive, or aerospace.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.

• Own the supplier quality and reliability for optics components from NPI through end-of-life.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives during NPI phases to ensure technical and operational readiness of optical components.
• Drive the supplier qualification process through on-site audits and technical assessments.
• Develop and implement quality plans and process controls to proactively identify and mitigate risks in the optical components supply chain.
